Monitoring of EEG activity of subjects using Power Nap showed a reduction in Theta wave activity, a smoothing of Delta wave activity, a balancing of activity in both hemispheres and some increase in Alpha Wave activity. Delta activity was decreased and the waves were smoother with spiking moderated as Theta activity decreased. How does it work?
When you sleep under normal circumstances, your brain cycles through several different stages of Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta sleep waves. You drift from one stage of sleep to another—from deep sleep to dreaming to wakefulness and so on. These waves are inaudible to the human ear. Through advanced mastering technology, Power Nap piggybacks the sleep waves on audible “carrier waves” within the audible range. The result: you get the effect of the natural waves so you can sleep! iPills – Medication Reminder – Appgorithm, LLC$1.99This app tries to solve the problem of not only forgetting to take your medication, but remembering that you already took is, so that you don't accidentally take it twice. Select the medication from the list, enter the time and how often to take it. Enter any notes like "take with food" or "round red pill" and select if you want the alarm to remind you. You'll get a popup alarm when it's time to take your pill. (This is the standard popup used in the Reminders App.) The second tab allows you to see two things. First, the next time you'll need to take each medication. Secondly, the past history of when you took each medication. This can act as a journal so you have a record that could be shared with a health care provider if need be, but it's also useful if you think you took the medication, but can't quite remember. Hopefully it'll reduce the risk of you taking the medication twice. This app uses the built in Reminder engine, so you can also view these in the Reminder App for added flexibility.

From either a total beginner just wanting to get started right through to someone looking to get in serious shape. I upgraded from Gymster lite as soon as it was released. As a bikini competitor Gymster recipes give me all I need for a productive off season and a lot of variety and colour to my meals. The macros are all broken down which saves me a huge amount of time. I also use this app to track my workouts and have them pre loaded in. The random selection tool is also great for those days when you just aren't feeling it!!
