Fitness Spades lets you build a workout routine for the day in a way that is sure to work your muscles to a whole new degree. Muscle confusion. Rather than focusing on predetermined reps and sets, Fitness Spades lets you draw a card and you will be given a workout and number of reps to complete. If you're truly looking for punishment, you can push yourself to the extreme with a single workout. Ever done 54 sets of push-ups with varying rep ranges designed to confuse your muscles to work to their fullest capacity? It's not easy. In order to build muscle, you have to control two factors: volume and intensity. This app lets you control those parameters by adjusting the number of decks and how many multipliers you want to add to each workout. When using bodyweight exercises, you can add weight (wear a backpack) or modify the workout to make it more difficult. With or without the gym, you can burn fat, gain muscle and achieve your fitness or weightloss goals with the help of Fitness Spades. Consider it the personal trainer you always carry with you.
